The Chlorhexidine mouthwash is strong anti-bacterial mouthwash so is used first to kill all the bad bacteria present in the throat.  Then the lozenges which are high in Streptococcus Salivarius which is good bacteria are taken to assist your throat in creating a healthy balance of good bacteria.  The chlorhexidine mouthwash is peppermint flavoured and the lozenges are strawberry flavoured so as well as being highly effective, they also don't taste bad.

Blis K12 Throat Guard Boost Directions: Adults and children over 3 years of age:

1. Swirl 10ML of the mouthwash around in the mouth for 30 SECONDS then expel. Do NOT swallow.
2. Wait for 2 HOURS.
3. Slowly dissolve ONE lozenge on the tounge every ONE to TWO HOURS. Maximum of FOUR lozenges per day.
4. Repeat procedure for the next TWO DAYS.
