Sea-Legs Tablets Dosage: Tablets maybe CHEWED or SWALLOWED with WATER:
- Adults & Children over 12 years of age: Take TWO tablets MAXIMUM DAILY
- Children 6 to 12 years of age: Take ONE tablet MAXIMUM DAILY.
