Dr.Ohhira's OM-X Probiotics is a dietary supplement formulated by famed Japanese microbiologist, Dr. Iichiroh Ohhira.
OM-X is made from traditional fermented foods found in South East Asia using several strains of beneficial lactic acid bacteria. OM-X is made with care, being formulated over a five year period to provide the strongest, most effective strains of bacteria which are able to repopulate the digestive tract with good microflora essential to a healthy immune system.
It contains 12 strains of live, beneficial bacteria, 14 organic herbs, vegetables, fruits, leaves, seaweeds, vitamins, minerals and a prebiotic nutrient. (see full ingredient list below) Scientific studies have shown it to be a strong immune enhancer and it is active against certain deadly superbugs such as methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus; E. coli which can cause food poisoning; Helicobacter pylori which has been linked with peptic ulcers and other harmful micro-organisms. (Helicobacter has also associated with migraine and cluster headaches, nausea and morning sickness).
OM-X may help improve digestive function and nutritional absorption helping to promote overall good health. OM-X may also benefit conditions such as digestive disturbances especially useful after antibiotic use, food poisoning (traveller's diarhoea), food allergies and sensitivities, intestinal dysbiosis, microbial infections like H. pylori & E. coli, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, lowered immune function, viral infections and yeast imbalances.
OM-X may also be given to children at half the adult dose and can be opened and mixed into food for younger children who cannot swallow. OM-X contains NO dairy, GMO, artificial sweeteners and preservatives. It does not require refrigeration but store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
OM-X can be given to pets although it is recommended that you should have a discussion with your vet to see if it is appropriate. A suggested dose is ONE capsule daily for cats and small dogs and TWO capsules daily for larger dogs. It can be added to be food.

Directions: Take 2 to 5 capsules daily with water
