Dr Bee UMF 15+ Manuka Honey is made from the nectar of New Zealands unique Manuka flower.  The honey is world renowned for its distinctive, rich flavour and unique aroma.  It helps to support the digestive system, and the immune system while providing brain food and helping to maintain general well being.

Manuka Honey has special antibacterial activity that is not found in other honeys and so that the antibacterial activity cannot be misrepresented, the New Zealand Honey Association has registered UMF® (Unique Manuka Factor). The UMF® number comes from a laboratory test for antibacterial activity, with the honey being compared with a standard reference antiseptic (phenol) for potency. UMF® 15+ is equivalent in antiseptic potency to a 15% solution of phenol.
