Antibiotics: Taking probiotics is considered beneficial if you require a course of antibiotics as they may reduce the likelihood of gastrointestinal and genito-urinary side effects. Take your probiotic at least 2 hours away from the antibiotic as the antibiotic may decrease the effectiveness of lactobacillus.
Please note: Inner Health Probiotics require refrigeration to maintain their premium potency. They are however able to retain their potency at room temperature for at least 3 days (or even longer) but should be placed in the fridge as soon as you receive them, and used within 6 months.
