Radiance Hormone Balance DIM contains patented BioResponse DIM® complex providing 18.5mg bioavailable diindolylmethane, a phytonutrient found in cruciferous vegetables including broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower and kale. Unlike other plant nutrients such as soy isoflavones, diindolylmethane has unique hormonal benefits as it supports the activity of enzymes that improve oestrogen metabolism in the liver.

Scientific research shows diindolylmethane increases the level of “good” oestrogens - 2-hydroxy-oestrogen (2-OHE1) while reducing the level of “bad” oestrogens – 16-hydroxy-oestrogen (16a-OHE1).
