Sudafed PE Sinus Day and Night Relief Tablets has a decongestant and a pain reliever in the day tablet and with an added antihistamine in the night tablet.

Sudafed PE Sinus Day and Night Relief Tablets eases the sinus symptoms that are brought on by both the common cold and allergies/hayfever including sinus/nasal congestion, sinus pain, sinus headaches and a blocked or runny nose.

The Red Day tablets are non-drowsy so you can carry on with your day.  They contain a decongestant (phenylephrine hydrochloride) to help clear the sinus and nasal passages, reduce the swelling (blocked nose) and also reduce the excessive secertions (runny nose) in those passages. To help with the headaches and pain associated with sinus congestion there is also a pain reliever (paracetamol) in the tablet.

The Orange Night tablets contain the same as the day tablet except that they also have a drowsy antihistamine (chlorpheniramine maleate) that helps to ease the allergy and hayfever nasal symptoms as well as helping you to have a full nights sleep.

Sudafed PE Sinus Day and Night Relief Tablets Directions: Adults and Children over 12 years of age: Take TWO Day tablets (red) in the morning and TWO Day tablets (red) in the afternoon as necessary.  Take TWO Night tablets (orange) in the evening at bedtime as necessary.

Do NOT take Sudafed PE Sinus Day and Night Relief Tablets if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients listed. Do NOT exceed the recommended dose. Do NOT take this medicine with other medicines containing paracetamol or antihistamines.
